Integrations I build
Aircall
You call straight from Pipedrive, and the same Aircall number also handles SMS and WhatsApp. Calls, recordings and messages are logged to the right person and deal.
Microsoft Teams
A Teams link is created automatically when a meeting is booked from Pipedrive or the booking calendar. The meeting shows in the deal history.
Outlook
Two-way sync: messages and calendar events on the deal, email templates and open tracking.
Gmail
The same in Google Workspace: Gmail and Google Calendar sync with Pipedrive, and messages are sent straight from the deal.
Make
Multi-step workflows, for example form → deal → quote → contract. Make is a good fit when there are many conditions and a lot of logic.
Zapier
Quick connections to thousands of apps, for example a new lead from an ad form straight into the right pipeline.
Slack
A channel notification when a deal is won or a big quote goes out. The team stays up to date without separate reports.
WhatsApp conversations in the Pipedrive inbox and on the deal. Automatic messages, for example after a quote is sent.
SMS
Meeting reminders, confirmations and short follow-ups by SMS straight from Pipedrive.
Plus, for example, website forms, invoicing and e-signatures. If a system has an API, it can usually be made to talk to Pipedrive.
AI connected to Pipedrive
MCP and API, AI writing, automatic replies, Aircall AI, Piper AI and AI analytics – plus AI training and your own sales app.
