This privacy policy applies to the PetriLehtinen.fi website and its contact and quote forms. It explains what personal data we collect, why and how it is processed, and what rights you have. This is a translation of the Finnish privacy policy, which prevails in case of discrepancy. Updated 29 September 2026.

2. What data we collect
When you send a message using a form on the site, we process the following data:
- name
- email address
- phone number and company name, if you provide them
- the topic you choose and the content of your message
- on the quote request form, also the services you select, your Pipedrive situation, number of users, delivery method and preferred schedule
In addition, the website’s server and security solution process technical data such as IP address, browser information and time of visit to ensure the site works and is secure.
If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we process the information you provide for the same purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
- responding to your enquiry
- preparing an assessment, meeting, quote or training proposal at your request
- managing the customer relationship if your enquiry leads to cooperation
- ensuring the security and functionality of the website
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing customer relationships (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(f)). When you request a quote or other service, processing is also based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
5. Systems and service providers
Data is processed using the following services:
- the web hosting service used to run the website, on whose server the site and forms operate (WordPress, WPForms)
- Microsoft 365 email, to which form messages are delivered
- the Wordfence security plugin, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to identify and block malicious traffic
- the Pipedrive CRM system, where form enquiries are stored in order to respond to them and manage any resulting customer relationship
- Pipedrive’s scheduling service (Scheduler) on the booking page where you book an assessment. The details you give when booking (name, email, phone and company) are stored in Pipedrive and the calendar
- YouTube (Google) for playing the intro video on the home page. The video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you start it
Service providers process data only to provide their services. Some providers may also process data outside the EU or EEA. In that case the transfer is based on transfer mechanisms under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Data retention
We keep data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, for the duration of any customer relationship and to meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data about you is processed and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data rectified
- have your data erased or its processing restricted
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- transfer the data you have provided from one system to another when processing is based on a contract and carried out by automated means
- lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully
8. Data protection enquiries

9. Cookies
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets strictly necessary cookies only for site administrators when they log in. The booking page has an embedded Pipedrive scheduling calendar, which may set Pipedrive’s own cookies; these are described in Pipedrive’s privacy policy. The intro video on the home page is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you start it. During playback YouTube may store data in your browser, as described in Google’s privacy policy. A language preference cookie (pll_language) may be set to remember the site language you chose. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this policy.
